1. Cancellation Before Project Start

Clients may request cancellation only before project execution begins. A project is considered started once the brief is accepted and production work (concept planning, drafting, or designing) has commenced.

2. Cancellation After Project Start

Once the project has started, cancellation is not permitted. Work hours, creative effort, and reserved production slots are treated as committed service time.

3. Refund Policy

No refund will be issued after project work has started. If cancellation is accepted before project start and payment has been received, any applicable processing charges may be deducted before refund settlement.

4. Communication Requirement

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing through the official communication channel (email or approved chat). Verbal requests are not considered valid for policy processing.

5. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to refunds or cancellations is subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
